The process

ZIP code to mailbox
in about two weeks.

You make two decisions, who gets it and what it says. We handle printing, postal regulations, sorting, paperwork, and delivery to the facility. Figure five to seven business days in production, then three to seven more for the post office to put it in hands.

01

Pick your piece and draw your target

Open the campaign builder, choose a format, and type in a ZIP code. Every carrier route in that ZIP loads with household count, median income, owner-occupancy rate, median home value, and median age.

  • Select whole routes for EDDM, cheapest postage, no list to buy
  • Or choose targeted mail and we build you a filtered list
  • Filter routes by income, owner-occupancy, or minimum household count
  • Stack as many ZIP codes as you want in one campaign

Upload artwork, or let us design it

If you have a print-ready PDF, upload it at checkout and we'll preflight it free, we'll tell you if the bleed is short, the resolution is low, or the address side is going to collide with the indicia.

If you don't, our design service takes your logo and your offer and builds the piece to postal spec. Standard includes two revision rounds; premium includes copywriting and unlimited revisions.

  • CMYK, 300 dpi, 0.125" bleed, fonts outlined
  • Leave the address side blank, we add the indicia, address block, and clear zones
  • We never print a piece that would get rejected at the counter

03

You approve the proof

Nothing goes on press until you sign off. You get a PDF proof showing both sides exactly as they'll print, with the postal elements in place.

  • Change the headline, swap a photo, fix a phone number, revisions are included in your plan
  • Approve from your dashboard or straight from the email
  • This is your last chance to catch a typo, so read the phone number out loud

We print, sort, and file the paperwork

Your job goes to press on commercial equipment, the same presses that run for national brands, not an office copier. Then it gets bundled by carrier route, banded, labeled, and paperworked.

  • EDDM facing slips and PS Form 3587 handled for you
  • Targeted mail: NCOA move-update and CASS standardization run on your list first
  • You do not need a postal permit, we mail under ours
5 to 7 business days standard · 3 to 4 on rush · 2 on hot rush
05

It drops, and you can watch it

We deliver to the postal facility and send you a drop confirmation with an in-home date range. Intelligent Mail barcode tracking is included on every campaign, so you can see the wave move through the system.

  • Drop confirmation with date and facility
  • In-home window so you can staff the phones
  • If you added a tracking number or landing page, response reporting sits in your dashboard
In homes 3 to 7 days after drop
Common questions

Before you run your first drop

Do I need a postal permit?
No. We mail under our permit and handle all the paperwork. Getting your own permit only makes sense at very high, very consistent volume, and if you get there, we'll tell you.
What's the minimum I can order?
5,000 pieces, on every format we sell. That's our number, not a postal rule, and the Postal Service would happily take a much smaller mailing. We set it there because below 5,000 the fixed work on a job, press setup, preflight, sorting, and the postal paperwork, starts costing more than the printing itself. You end up paying a setup-heavy price per piece for a mailing too small to move your phone, which is a bad deal for you before it's a bad deal for us. There is no minimum contract, though, and no requirement to run a second campaign.
Can I mail to only part of a carrier route?
Not with EDDM, that's the trade-off for the cheapest postage rate. EDDM is all-or-nothing per route. If you need to cherry-pick addresses, use targeted mail with a list.
How do I know it actually got delivered?
Intelligent Mail barcode tracking is on every campaign at no charge. You'll see scan events as the mail moves through the postal network, plus a drop confirmation from us.
Can you mail to a list I already have?
Yes, and there's no charge for it. Upload a CSV at checkout. We run NCOA move-update and CASS address standardization for free, and we'll tell you how many records were bad before you pay postage on them.
What if the proof is wrong?
Tell us and we fix it. Revisions are included, two rounds on standard design, unlimited on premium. Nothing prints until you approve.
How often should I mail?
For saturation campaigns, monthly to the same routes beats one large drop spread thin. Recognition compounds. Most of our repeat clients run the same routes every month or every six weeks.
Do you work outside Tampa Bay?
Yes. Our route data is mapped most densely across Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, and Polk, but we can print and mail anywhere in the United States. Enter any ZIP and we'll quote it.
